  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking details.


2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the type of order:

  • Within Maharashtra: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance and local regulations)

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Charges vary based on weight, size, and destination of the order. Shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Costs depend on country, weight, and customs regulations. Exact charges will be shared before dispatch.

  • Free Shipping: Available on select products or promotional offers as mentioned on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number and courier partner details via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or through the link provided in the message.

5. Packaging

All products are securely packed using tamper-proof, eco-friendly, and hygienic materials to ensure product safety during transit.

6. Delays and Non-Delivery

While we work with reliable courier partners, sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen logistics disruptions

  • Natural calamities or public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
    In such cases, we will keep you informed and make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.


7. International Shipping

  • We currently ship select Ayurvedic products internationally under Import-Export Code (IEC): AFJPC5287R.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges (if any) must be borne by the customer.

  • Regulations for importing Ayurvedic products vary by country — please verify local laws before placing an order.

  • Aurum Arogyam is not responsible for customs clearance delays or confiscations due to regional restrictions.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Do not accept the package or sign the delivery receipt.

  2. Take clear photographs of the package and products.

  3. Contact us immediately at aurumarogyam@gmail.com or call 08208060037 within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Change of Address

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, address modifications are not possible.
