Since our products are medicinal and consumable in nature, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all customers.
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product.
The product has expired or has a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing aurumarogyam@gmail.com or calling 08208060037.
Provide your order ID, invoice number, and clear images or videos showing the issue.
Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Please note:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used products.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Ayurvedic or herbal consumables purchased during promotional offers or discounts.
International orders, unless damaged during transit.
Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be provided via bank transfer or digital payment upon confirmation.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
Do not accept the package or sign the delivery receipt.
Take clear photographs of the damaged parcel and contact us immediately.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
For customers outside India:
Due to customs regulations and international handling, returns or replacements are not guaranteed once the product has been shipped.
However, in case of proven transit damage or wrong delivery, we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
