How to Use ?
- For muscle and joint pain:
- Take the required amount of Kottamchukkadi Thailam in a bowl. Warm it indirectly until it becomes lukewarm.
- Sit comfortably on a non-slippery surface and gently massage using slow, circular motions over the joints, applying firm strokes along the bones. Let your skin absorb the oil. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to an hour. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
- For twisted muscles and sprains:
- Spread a piece of cotton, dip it in the warm oil, and apply it over the painful area. Maintain the temperature by replacing the cotton with another one dipped in warm oil regularly. Take a bath in warm water so that the oil penetrates deep into your skin
